The provisions incorporated into this General Policy from the Terms must be read as being applicable to this General Policy, to the extent doing so does not materially change their meaning. To the extent the provisions of this General Policy conflict with the Terms, the provisions of this General Policy will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
We only provide General Services through our Slack channel. We do not provide our General Service through any other channel (including, but not limited to direct e-mail, live chat, Facebook, Twitter or over the phone) at this time.
We only work on our own optimised servers and allow no other hosting service for our projects. If you need us to work on another server that is not operated by us, you agree to void all warranty. Additional charges may apply on top of our standard fees in these cases.
The service we provide will be optimized for Google Chrome Browser. Other browsers are not supported by default. Display problems for other browsers will incline further charges.
Our general General hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:00. We move around and have no fixed location, so these hours are always relative to your timezone. Although we strive to respond to all queries within 48 hours, our actual response times may vary and we may take longer to respond to more advanced or technical queries.
